[06] Studio engagements

Scoped like a build, not sold like a seat.

Novelty Lab is a software studio. We price around the business system you need shipped—the workflow, integrations, security boundaries, brand experience, runtime visibility, and operating support required to make agents useful in production.

Three ways teams work with the studio—from free discovery to long-term enterprise operations.

Discovery sprint

Free1–2 weeks

For teams deciding what to build, what to connect, and what the business case should be before committing to production.

  • Workflow, data, risk, and integration mapping
  • Agent opportunity model with KPI assumptions
  • Security, compliance, and rollout constraints reviewed
  • Build plan with timeline, dependencies, and budget range

Production build

$499+per month

A focused studio build for a real business workflow: ecommerce, booking, reputation, support, operations, or internal automation.

  • Custom UX, brand voice, workflows, prompts, and integrations
  • Agentic runtime, observability, guardrails, and audit trails
  • Human handoff paths and operator dashboards
  • Launch support, testing, documentation, and team enablement

Enterprise

Customcontract

For larger teams that need deeper compliance, dedicated runtime operations, private integrations, and a long-term agentic roadmap.

  • Monitoring, incident response, and runtime improvements
  • Prompt, policy, and workflow version management
  • New integrations, experiments, and conversion improvements
  • Security reviews, governance reporting, and roadmap planning

[07] How pricing works

Every proposal starts with the shape of the system.

No seat calculators. We scope around workflows, risk, and what it takes to run agents safely in production.

01

Priced by scope, not seats

Discovery is free. Production builds start at $499 per month, then scale with workflows, integrations, risk, rollout complexity, and operating support.

02

Fixed outcomes before big commitments

Most work starts with a tight diagnostic or a focused production slice, so the first budget conversation is tied to a real deployment path.

03

Runtime included where it matters

Observability, security, governance, evaluation, and auditability are part of production work—not extra SaaS add-ons.

[08] FAQ

Questions before we scope together

Still deciding? Start with discovery—it is free.

Do you sell self-serve software plans?+

No. Novelty Lab is a software studio. We build custom agentic systems on our runtime for specific business workflows, then support the launch and operation when needed.

How do you estimate a project?+

We look at the workflow, integrations, data access, UX surface, brand requirements, compliance constraints, rollout risk, and support model. From there we propose a monthly production build plan or an enterprise contract.

Can we start small?+

Yes. A common path is a discovery sprint or one production workflow, such as cart recovery, booking qualification, review response, or internal triage. Once it proves value, we expand the system.

What happens after launch?+

Some clients take the system in-house with documentation and handoff. Others move into an enterprise engagement for monitoring, improvements, experiments, integrations, and governance reporting.
